Chi Rocket Hair Dryer Review

This review is on the

Chi Rocket Hair Dryer Ceramic 1800 Watt Farouk Dryer GF2100

which Retails for $189 at Salon Centrics in Marietta, GA and Douglasville, GA.  I am a Master Cosmetologists, and have been looking at purchasing this tool for my business for what it does for the clients hair during the drying process.  The dryer is lightweight, leaves the hair very silky, and shiny, and dries the hair quickly.

However for the price of $189, I found it not to be worth the price.  The attachments that come with the dryer, do not lock into position once attached for use.  While in use, because they do not lock in place, they spin, causing me much frustration when drying natural hair with the concentrator and relaxed hair with the pick attachment. 

Also, the on/off swith is in the worst location on this dryer.  It is located in the grip.  Because of this it constantly is turned off during your drying process.  Major interruption, major no, no.  I have a large natural clientele, and this is unacceptable in any tool.
